    Hi Steve,

    Thank you for trying to set up your Atmoph Window 2!  Also, we’re truly sorry this happened. To learn more about your situation, would you double-check the following?

    • Make sure you crate account by going to MENU > Setting and Apps > Account > Create an Account.
    • Double-check your e-mail address.
    • Check your Junk mailbox.
    • Try a different e-mail address. sometimes, our e-mail contact@atmoph.com automatically is recognized as a spam mail.

    Managed to sign in. It seems you have to register on the Atmoph window, as well as in the iOS app.
