If you can't sign in your account, make sure the following.
Can't receive a confirmation e-mail:
- Check your Junk mailbox.
- Double-check your e-mail address.
- Try a different e-mail address. sometimes, our e-mail email@example.com automatically is recognized as a spam mail.
Make sure you crate account by going to MENU > Setting and Apps > Account > Create an Account from Atmoph Window 2 device. If you've created an account from our website, it cannot be used on Atmoph Window 2 devices.
