If you can't sign in your Atmoph account, make sure the following.
Can't receive a confirmation e-mail:
- Check your Junk mailbox.
- Double-check your e-mail address.
- Try a different e-mail address. sometimes, our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org automatically is recognized as a spam mail.
This means we can not find your account, so make sure if you have one. If it's your first time using Atmoph Window, you need to make an account from Atmoph Window 2 device when you set it up. If you've created an account from our website, it can NOT be used on Atmoph Window 2 devices.
