Prior to requesting repairs, please take note of the following posts they may help with your issue:
If the malfunction is not fixed, please contact our support staff (email@example.com)and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your date of purchase
- Details about the malfunction issue you are having (the screen is blank, you cannot update application etc.)
Once we have determined what the fault may be, we will give you an estimate of the repair cost. (After the product has arrived at our centre we will send out the precise cost). Please note it may take between 5-10 working days for repairs.
