If your Flic is flashing with red light, it might be your Flic disconnect from your smartphone, so please follow the below steps.
- Make sure if Bluetooth on your smartphone is activated.
- On your app, select three dots in upper right corner and tap on “connect”
If your problem still persists, please try to the followings.
- On your app, go to “Settings”
- Select to “SIGN OUT “ and sign in again.
- Go to “Add Flic to Phone” and reconnect Flic.
