What is the Extended Warranty Program?

The Extended Warranty Program is limited to Japan only.

This is a program for owners of the Atmoph Window 2. You can purchase an additional year of coverage to extend your one year Standard Warranty for a total of two years of coverage. Please check the Terms of Service for details.

• This warranty covers damage resulting in a total loss of the unit, damage to a part of the unit resulting in a total loss, or damage to a part of the unit when using the unit within the usage parameters as outlined in the Start Guide included with the unit.
• This warranty’s coverage is limited only to the Atmoph Window 2 and does not include any optional modules.
• This warranty covers damages per unit each month up to a value of ¥30,000 (including consumption tax).

This Extended Warranty Program is a separate warranty from the Limitless Supplementary Protection Warranty. Please look here for further details. 

Upon joining the Extended Warranty Program, you will also be able to join the Limitless Plan. When joining both, the term of the Extended Warranty Program will take precedence. If your enrollment in the Extended Warranty Program ends, the Limitless Supplementary Protection Warranty will be available during enrollment in the Limitless Plan.
